King Fish Review

There are probably four or five other Feeding Frenzy clones but I have to say King Fish try demo is the best one.  The graphics are amazing and it has all the elements to give it a nice spice of variety so it’s not an excercise in futility and a mundane undertaking from level to level.  You swim around as a fish eating smaller fish than you while avoiding the bigger ones who are out to eat you.  As you grow you can start to eat the bigger and bigger fish.  I think in later levels your so big you can even start eating the sharks. It has clams that open which contain pearls for bonus points, jellyfish that stun you and fish if happen to come into contact and a myriad of other things to keep it interesting as you progress through the levels.

I was worried that the tilt controls wouldn’t work so well but they do.  It has 20 levels and that’s decent but half the 40 levels as the $5 XLBA version.  The $10 Feeding Frenzy 2 has 60 levels but then again it’s $9 more so choose your poison.  King Fish is a casual affair that kids and adults can enjoy.
