Can tap letters and then hit submit or just drag and release and word is submitted automatically.

Scrabble Pretty nice implementation for those who like scrabble. Can play 2 players on same wi-fi network. Has automatic zoom or manual pinch zoom. Even if you turn off music and sound you still can't listen to your own music which really sucks.

Textropolis try demo has you going to cities around the world and making words out of the cities letters (anagram game). Gives you definition after you submit each word. No time limit just fun creating as many possible words as possible.

Wordjong try demo originally debuted on Nintendo DS. This one only has the daily challenges but still is excellent. Doesn't have battle mode like the DS version does. As you form words letters below tiles used are revealed and available for immediate use within a word. This is Mahjong word style. Two other similar games inclue Wordology try demo and Letter Bug try demo.
